How direct purchases work
You agree the purchase with BUY, d.o.o. Payment and completion are handled through an independent escrow service.
Fund the escrow
Review the agreed transaction in your Escrow.com account and pay Escrow.com. The transfer starts only after Escrow.com confirms the funds are secured and instructs us to proceed.
Receive the domain
We arrange the transfer through the registrar. You check that the domain is in your account during the agreed inspection period.
Complete the purchase
Escrow.com releases the payment after your acceptance, or according to the agreed inspection and completion terms.

Can I check ownership before buying?
Yes. Ask us to demonstrate control of the domain before you proceed. We can agree an appropriate check, such as a DNS verification record. The transfer itself takes place after Escrow.com confirms secured payment and instructs us to proceed.
Does sending an offer commit me to a purchase?
Submitting this form sends an inquiry. It does not reserve a domain or create an agreed sale. We confirm availability and agree the price, payment and transfer terms separately before proceeding.
Who pays the fees and taxes?
We agree who pays the Escrow.com fee before opening the transaction. It can be paid by the buyer, the seller or shared. Any applicable tax and other agreed costs are confirmed in the quote. See the Escrow.com fee calculator for its current fees.
Where do I make the payment?
After we agree the details, we arrange an Escrow.com transaction. Sign in to your account on escrow.com to review and fund it. No card details, identity documents or payment are requested through the inquiry form on this website.
Is every domain available for a direct purchase?
Availability is confirmed individually. A domain may be subject to an existing auction or marketplace negotiation. Those obligations must be checked before we agree to a direct sale. Sending an inquiry alone does not take a domain off the market.
