Inquiries

We use your name, email address, selected domains, proposed amount and any message you provide only to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible transaction. You do not need to send identification documents or payment details.

When you submit the form, your details are temporarily stored on our server outside the public web directory. We email you a confirmation link valid for 24 hours. Only after confirmation is your offer forwarded to sales@domena.si. The temporary copy of your personal data is then removed. Unconfirmed offers expire after 24 hours and are deleted during the next request or scheduled cleanup. Your email address is used as the reply address. Our hosting and email providers process the message to deliver and store the inquiry.

Sales and auction updates

You can subscribe on this website or select the optional checkbox when making an enquiry. Subscriptions are activated only after email confirmation. If you select the checkbox, the offer confirmation also confirms your subscription. Enquiring alone does not subscribe you.

We keep your email address, signup source, confirmation date and the wording of your subscription choice in our private CRM. We use our hosting and email providers to store the list and deliver occasional updates. Every update includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops these updates without closing your enquiries. We retain your unsubscribe status to prevent further updates and keep the confirmation record for handling subscription queries; contact sales@domena.si to request deletion. Unconfirmed signup records expire after 24 hours and are removed during routine processing within a further 24 hours. Pending confirmation messages and delivery records may remain in the private mail archive. Temporary hashed email and network identifiers used to limit repeated signups are removed during processing after one hour. We do not use email tracking pixels.

Storage and your choices

Draft form details are not saved in browser storage. Your domain selection and language preference may be saved on your device. You can remove them by clearing this website’s browser storage.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting transaction. Records that must be kept for accounting or legal reasons are retained for the applicable period. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us; you may also raise a concern with Slovenia’s Information Commissioner.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. The hosting and email providers may process technical logs needed to operate and secure their services. For spam protection, the server stores hashed network and email identifiers and timestamps for up to one hour. Submission fingerprints and delivery receipts are retained for up to 24 hours to prevent duplicate delivery. These protection records contain no message, name or raw email address. Expired records are removed during the next request or scheduled cleanup.

No automatic purchase

An inquiry does not reserve a domain or complete a purchase. A sale requires agreement on price, payment and transfer terms. Domain registration is subject to the registry’s rules.
