Inquiries

We use your name, email address, selected domains, proposed amount and any message you provide only to respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible transaction. You do not need to send identification documents or payment details.

When you submit the form, your details are sent to our website server and forwarded to domains@w3b.si. Your email address is used as the reply address. Our hosting and email providers process the message to deliver and store the inquiry.

Storage and your choices

Draft form details are not saved in browser storage. Your domain selection and language preference may be saved on your device. You can remove them by clearing this website’s browser storage.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting transaction. Records that must be kept for accounting or legal reasons are retained for the applicable period. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us; you may also raise a concern with Slovenia’s Information Commissioner.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. The hosting and email providers may process technical logs needed to operate and secure their services. For spam protection and duplicate prevention, the server temporarily stores a hashed network identifier, timestamps and submission fingerprints outside the public website directory. These entries expire after one hour and are removed on a subsequent valid submission; they do not contain your message, name or email address.

No automatic purchase

An inquiry does not reserve a domain or complete a purchase. A sale requires agreement on price, payment and transfer terms. Domain registration is subject to the registry’s rules.
