1. Who operates this website?

2. Enquiries and price discussions

The website and its enquiry form invite discussions about a possible purchase. Submitting an enquiry, confirming an email address, selecting domains or receiving an acknowledgement does not create a sale, reservation or exclusive right to negotiate.

Prices, ranges and package proposals in our preliminary direct correspondence are non-binding indications for discussion, not offers capable of acceptance, unless we expressly agree a different binding process in writing. We confirm the transaction method and final terms separately before proceeding.

3. Non-exclusive negotiations and availability

We may discuss the same domains with several prospective buyers, individually or in packages, through email, direct enquiries, brokers, marketplaces and auctions. An ongoing discussion does not itself hold a domain for that buyer. Before a final agreement, a domain may become unavailable because of another transaction or commitment.

Availability is checked again before a new direct sale is agreed. A proposed package is subject to the availability of every included domain. If the selection changes, the package price and terms must be reviewed and agreed again; a package amount does not automatically apply to a smaller selection or to each name separately.

Domains committed to an active auction, an agreed sale, a reservation or a hold are excluded from new direct transactions to the extent required by that commitment. We do not use parallel discussions to override existing obligations.

4. When is a direct sale agreed?

For new direct enquiries, our standard process is to treat preliminary correspondence as subject to final agreement. Where Escrow.com is the agreed method, we intend to conclude the direct purchase only when the buyer and seller have both expressly approved the same final transaction terms in the designated Escrow.com transaction. Merely creating a transaction, sending an invitation or requesting an email address is not that joint approval.

The domain names, price, currency, allocation of transaction and payout fees, payment deadline, inspection period and transfer arrangements must be settled in the final terms. Any different method of concluding a direct sale requires our separate express written agreement with the buyer.

A binding agreement can exist before payment or transfer is completed. Existing accepted offers, contracts, auction commitments and mandatory legal rights are unaffected by this website or by a status label. These terms do not retrospectively change correspondence or transactions already agreed.

5. What does “Reserved” mean?

We have expressly confirmed a reservation with a selected buyer and are progressing the agreed payment and/or transfer steps. During the reservation we do not accept alternative offers for that domain. A reservation may therefore exist before payment has cleared.

We confirm the reservation period and any payment deadline separately with the buyer. A delay or an incomplete transaction does not automatically cancel an existing agreement. The domain may be offered again only once the reservation or transaction has been properly ended under its agreed terms and any applicable platform rules.

In auction

Bidding is handled on the identified platform; the domain is excluded from direct enquiries.

Sold / on hold

The domain is unavailable for new offers. The label alone does not establish the payment or transfer stage.

6. Sedo, Atom and other platforms

Transactions conducted through a marketplace or auction are governed by that platform’s applicable terms and the particular transaction. A formal offer or counteroffer can carry obligations before a final sale is agreed. Acceptance by either party, or the result of an auction, may conclude a binding sale without a further acceptance from us.

Our website, email disclaimers and reservation labels do not cancel or override those obligations. A domain in an active auction cannot be purchased directly here in conflict with the auction terms.

7. Payment and transfer

We prefer Escrow.com for agreed direct purchases. Submitting an enquiry does not open or fund an escrow transaction. Unless separately agreed, the buyer covers transaction and payout fees in addition to the agreed purchase price; the final transaction terms specify the actual allocation.

We follow the payment provider’s secured-funds confirmation and transfer instructions. The inspection period and payout follow the agreed transaction terms; sending an authorization code does not by itself start the inspection period or confirm receipt of payment by the seller.

Escrow.com operates under its own terms and instructions. Account verification and payment information are handled through the transaction provider. Do not send payment credentials or identity documents through this website’s enquiry form.

8. Existing agreements and your rights

Any separately agreed binding terms and applicable platform requirements take priority over general descriptions of our process. Nothing here excludes mandatory statutory rights or permits us to disregard a binding obligation.

This version describes our process for new enquiries from the date shown above. Updates do not change existing agreements without the required consent of the parties. Please contact sales@domena.si if you need clarification before proceeding.
